Structure entirely made of beams welded in an inert atmosphere and machined with precision machine tools. Hydraulic system: the piston rods are thickly chromed to ensure perfect sliding and greater durability of both the seals and the piston. All pistons are bolted to the structure to be able to, in case of assistance or maintenance, dismantle them quickly and carry out the necessary operations. Highly reliable control unit with double pump system: one at low pressure for quick closing of the top and automatic insertion of the other, at high pressure, to reach the pressure set on the control panel. Control unit motor immersed in an oil bath to obtain better lubrication and reduce noise, avoiding any possible damage from accidental blows. Electrical system: complete and functional control panel from which the operator can regulate and use all the functions of the press.
