CNC work center a 4 controlled axes, dedicated to the processing of aluminum bars or pieces, PVC, light alloys in general and steel up to 2 mm. The machine can work in single-piece and multi-piece modes, with a single working area for bars up to 7,7 m length. The COMET X6 model allows you to work in pendulum mode, with two independent work areas. The machine has a tool magazine 10 places, on board car asse, with the possibility of hosting an angle unit and a disc cutter, to perform work on 5 faces of the piece. The 4th CN axis allows the electrospindle to rotate from 0° to 180°, positioning itself at any intermediate angle. The machine can therefore carry out processing on the upper and lateral faces of the profile at any inclination within the range.
