Edge coating machine

This type of machine has been developed to coat the edges, using the same finish cycle used for the flat and raised parts. It can
be used for panels with solid wood edges, veneer or MDF;
• The stain is applied by a roller system on 90° edges, or by a spray application for curved edges;
• A serigraphic system with scrapers can coat any edge shape and is particularly useful in the application of UV sealer;
• The curing system consists of UV lamps, which dramatically reduce the drying time;
• Sanding and denibbing units can be installed on the machine frame, in order to sand naked wood or UV sealer;
• The machine comes in a single version, in which case one side is coated at a time, or a double version, which allows for both
sides to be coated simultaneously;
• The main frame comes with transport motorization and upper pressing rollers;
• The applied quantity products goes from 5 to 100 gr/m2
